Calendars and Public Access to Court Hearings in the Family Court

​Remote hearings will be conducted in the Family Court. Please click on the daily calendar link below for scheduling information (date, time, case number, parties, attorneys of record, and hearing type) for the judicial officer. Only attorneys, parties, and witnesses to a matter can access a hearing by clicking on the appropriate “Parties’ Courtroom Link(s)” below at the scheduled date and time. Only attorneys, parties, and witnesses to a case will be admitted into the courtroom and allowed to participate in the hearing​. Members of the public can access hearings by clicking on the “Remote Hearing” link under the “Public Judicial Live Steam” heading a​​t the scheduled date and time. Members of the public will be able to listen and view the remote hearings through a Dacast live stream. Members of the public will not hear or see anything until the hearing begins. If a hearing is not available at the designated date and time, please contact the clerk’s office or refer to the calendar of the particular judicial officer on the Rhode Island Judiciary Public Portal.
