The Access to Justice Office works to ensure that all court users have equitable access to the programs, services, and proceedings of the courts irrespective of English proficiency, ability or access to counsel. The Access to Justice Office oversees three (3) vital court services for all courts within the Judiciary: language access services; compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); and the expansion of services and resources for self-represented litigants. In addition, the Access to Justice Office works collaboratively with Supreme Court committees and community partners to increase awareness of access to justice barriers and to improve the delivery of justice to all.
