From Interstate 95 North or 95 South – Take exit 22A (Down City – Memorial Boulevard). Follow Memorial Boulevard and take left onto College Street. At the light, you will be facing the Licht Judicial Complex. Cross South Main Street, continue up College Street, and bear right at the stop sign onto Benefit Street.

From Interstate 95 North – Take exit 19 ​​to Interstate 195 East. Take exit 2. Go right at the stop sign onto South Water Street. Take your first right. At the traffic light, go straight crossing Wickenden Street onto South Main Street. At the light, turn right onto College Street (the Licht Judicial Complex will be on the right). Take your first right onto Benefit Street.

From Interstate 195 West – Take Wickenden Street, Exit 2. At the traffic light, go straight crossing Wickenden Street onto South Main Street. At the light, turn right onto College Street (the Licht Judicial Complex will be on the right). Take your first right onto Benefit Street.

From Interstate 95 North or 95 South – Take exit 22A (Down City – Memorial Boulevard). Follow Memorial Boulevard until it turns into Dyer Street. Take a right onto Clifford Street. The Garrahy Judicial Complex will be straight ahead and to the right.

From Interstate 195 West – Merge onto Interstate 95 North​​​. Take exit 22A (Down City – Memorial Boulevard). Follow Memorial Boulevard until it turns into Dyer Street. Take a right onto Clifford Street. The Garrahy Judicial Complex will be straight ahead and to the right.​



Noel Judicial Complex

From points North of Warwick (from Interstate 95 South) – Take exit 10B to Route 117 West. Travel 117 West to Quaker Lane (past YMCA and Inskip). Take a left onto Quaker Lane. The Noel Judicial Complex is up the hill and on the left. Parking is in the garage adjacent to the courthouse.

From points South of Warwick (from Interstate 95 North) – Take exit 10 to Route 117 West, take left at bottom of exit ramp and go across Route 117. Travel 117 West to Quaker Lane (past YMCA and Inskip). Take a left onto Quaker Lane. The Noel Judicial Complex is up the hill and on the left. Parking is in the garage adjacent to the courthouse.



Murray Judicial Complex

From Providence, South County, and points West of Newport - Travel on Route 1 to the Route 138 East exit toward the Jamestown and Newport bridges. Take the Route 238 South exit towards scenic Newport. Turn right onto Farewell Street. At 2nd traffic light, take a right onto America’s Cup Avenue. At 2nd traffic light, take a left onto West Marlborough Street. Take the 1st right onto Thames Street. At traffic light, take a left onto Touro Street. The courthouse will be straight ahead on your left.

From Mount Hope Bridge – Travel to Route 138 (approximately 8 miles). Route 138 through Middletown becomes East Main Road. After passing the Aquidneck Center, proceed to traffic light and turn left onto Broadway. Travel on Broadway for 2 miles and the courthouse will be directly in front of you.

From Route 24 - Follow Route 24 South to end. Follow Route 114 South. Pass Stop & Shop (on right), Navy housing (on right), and Bank of Newport (also on right). Go through two (2) lights. After 2nd light, Newport Hospital will be on your left. Continue straight on Broadway. Courthouse will be in front of you.​

McGrath Judical Complex

From points North of Wakefield - Take Interstate 95 to Route 4 South (Exit 9). Route 4 South will merge with Route 1 South. Take the exit marked “Stedman Government Center. McGrath Judicial Complex.” Follow road to left side of complex.

From Westerly and South Coastal Rhode Island - Take Route 1 North to the exit marked “Stedman Government Center. McGrath Judicial Complex.” Follow road to left side of complex.

From Interstate 95 North and South - Take Exit 14B (Route 37 West). Travel West on Route 37 to Exit 2A South (Oaklawn – Route 2 South). At the first traffic light on Route 2 South, turn left onto Howard Avenue. The Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal will be on your left. Take your first left. The parking lot will be the first entrance on the left.
