The Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal (Traffic Tribunal) makes every effort to have appropriate technology available to support the presentation of evidence during trial proceedings. However, one of the challenges of the digital age is the numerous media types, file formats, and programs in which evidence can be presented. The Traffic Tribunal or Judicial Technology Center does not have every possible file type or playback device available.
In the event that your case has special technological requirements, please contact the Office of the Chief Magistrate or Court Administrator as soon as possible to advise them of your specific technological requirements and discuss possible solutions. In some instances, you may be asked to bring a laptop or playback device to court for your case.
